About this task
This household products maker in baby care (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager UX Researcher for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Past research studies tagged and organised so teams can find them.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Sweden. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Tag and organise 25 past studies in a repository with a one-page guide.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
