About this task
This health charity in education access (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager UX Researcher for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Past research studies tagged and organised so teams can find them.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Tag and organise 30 past studies in a repository with a one-page guide.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
