About this task

This hospitality operator in tours and activities (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Writes and refines stories so engineers can start.

The person who did this left, and the company would rather bring in an experienced part-timer than rush a permanent hire. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.

The team sits in Toruń. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Refine 20 backlog stories each week with acceptance criteria and open questions listed.
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

  • Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
  • Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
  • Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
