About this task

This Supply-chain software company for retailers (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Writes and refines stories so engineers can start.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Sweden. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Refine 15 backlog stories each week with acceptance criteria and open questions listed.
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
  • A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Wednesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
