About this task
This mobility company in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Business Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Writes and refines stories so engineers can start.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Slovenia. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Refine 30 backlog stories each week with acceptance criteria and open questions listed.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
