About this task
This freight and logistics company with a cold-chain network (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Business Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Writes and refines stories so engineers can start.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Refine 20 backlog stories each week with acceptance criteria and open questions listed.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Wednesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
