About this task
This AI research company for document processing (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Test scenarios and a sign-off route for a new system or change.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Write 60 UAT scenarios for the new CRM workflows, run them with business users and log defects.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
