About this task
This food producer for restaurants (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager UX Researcher for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A five-person usability test with a clear report.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Austria works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Run five moderated usability tests on a checkout flow and report the top issues with clips and fixes.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 10: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
