About this task
This government IT contractor (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist Account Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Which customers could buy more, and what to offer.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Review 80 accounts for upsell fit and rank the top 15 with a suggested offer.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
