About this task

This beverage company (201–500 employees) is looking for a director AI Evaluator: Legal for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Checks AI handling of advice limits, disclaimers and referral to a lawyer.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It produces and sells food and drink, with seasonal peaks and strict labelling rules.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Review 30 conversations for responsible advice limits and mark replies that overstate certainty.
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

• Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Friday: main working block (2 hours)
• Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.

• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
