About this task
This Personal-care brand (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Learning & Development Designer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. A short course with activities and a check of learning.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Ireland. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Build a 45-minute course for new managers with scenarios and a quiz.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 9: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
