About this task

This Last-mile delivery company with a cold-chain network (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Individual statements showing the full value of pay.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The team sits in Washington, D.C.. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

What you deliver

  • Prepare total rewards statements for 120 employees with a template and cost data.
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result

What a month looks like

  • Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
  • Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
  • Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
