About this task
This construction group in commercial property (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Individual statements showing the full value of pay.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Sweden works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
