About this task

This Series C online marketplace for pet products (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Individual statements showing the full value of pay.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.

  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
