About this task

This Space-technology company in avionics (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Individual statements showing the full value of pay.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.

The team sits in Montreal. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.

What you deliver

  • Prepare total rewards statements for 80 employees with a template and cost data.
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
