About this task

This mobility company in car subscriptions (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Contracts Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Standard documents the business can use without a lawyer.

A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.

The company prefers a person who can come to Plano for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).

What you deliver

  • Create or tidy ten contract templates with fallback positions and a simple guide.
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like

  • Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
  • Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
  • Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
