About this task
This Growth-stage generative-AI company for finance teams (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Contracts Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 10–20 h a month. Standard documents the business can use without a lawyer.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Create or tidy ten contract templates with fallback positions and a simple guide.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
