About this task
This telecom operator serving businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Commercial Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Updates standard agreements to current practice.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Update the standard SaaS agreement for data and AI clauses and document each change.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
