About this task
This specialty pharma company in diagnostics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Commercial Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Updates standard agreements to current practice.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It works in life sciences, where documents are versioned and reviewed in a fixed order.

- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
