About this task

This contract research organisation in oncology (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Legal Operations for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–18 h a month. Approved clauses and templates in one place.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in life sciences, where documents are versioned and reviewed in a fixed order.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Germany. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Build a clause library with 75 approved clauses and usage notes.
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week

What a month looks like

  • Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
  • Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
  • Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
