About this task
This Series C digital health company for hospital groups (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Legal Operations for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–18 h a month. Approved clauses and templates in one place.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Build a clause library with 40 approved clauses and usage notes.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
