About this task
This Series A online learning platform for corporate training (11–50 employees) is looking for a director AI Evaluator: Tax for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Recomputes tax figures produced by an AI.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Estonia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Recompute 30 AI tax calculations on self-employment tax and deductions and mark errors.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (4 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
