About this task
This contract research organisation in vaccines (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Talent Researcher for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Sorts a database into tiers and next steps.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in life sciences, where documents are versioned and reviewed in a fixed order.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in New York, so this one is for residents there. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Segment 2,000 past applicants by skills and seniority and tag them in the ATS.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
