About this task

This technology consulting firm for the public sector (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Vendor Contract Reviewer for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews terms with a supply or services provider.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.

What you deliver

  • Review a logistics provider agreement and highlight risk allocation and pricing mechanisms.
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 5: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
