About this task
This Series B medical devices company for mental health (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Checks answers for voice, structure and length.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Italy works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Check 50 answers against the project style guide and send corrections.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
