About this task
This proptech company in student housing (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Regulatory Researcher for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Maps requirements from one control framework to another in a single table.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Netherlands works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Map SOC 2 controls to ISO 27001 clauses in a cross-reference table.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
