About this task
This proptech company in commercial property (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Regulatory Researcher for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Maps requirements from one control framework to another in a single table.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Map SOC 2 controls to ISO 27001 clauses in a cross-reference table.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
