About this task
This E-commerce platform for home goods (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Project Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Who needs to know what and when.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The company prefers a person who can come to Kiel for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Write a communication plan for 25 stakeholders across five teams with a calendar.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
