About this task
This Series C HR software company for hospitals and clinics (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Project Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Who needs to know what and when.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The company prefers a person who can come to Coventry for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Write a communication plan for 20 stakeholders across five teams with a calendar.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
