About this task
This HR software company for logistics teams (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Data & Analytics for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Runs AI-written queries on sample data and checks results.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Netherlands works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Run 40 AI-written SQL queries on a sample database and mark wrong joins, filters and aggregations.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
