About this task
This Series B generative-AI company for customer support (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Data & Analytics for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–10 h a week. Runs AI-written queries on sample data and checks results.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in California, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Run 40 AI-written SQL queries on a sample database and mark wrong joins, filters and aggregations.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Friday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
