About this task
This Series A developer-tools company for law firms (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Data Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Moves a business that runs on spreadsheets into tables that can be queried.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Move five linked spreadsheets into a database with keys, validations and a short user guide.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
