About this task

This Series C healthcare services group for dental practices (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Data & Analytics for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Tests whether AI-generated spreadsheet formulas return correct results on real data.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in West Virginia, so this one is for residents there.

What you deliver

• Test 40 AI-written Excel formulas on sample data and record failures.
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field

What a week looks like

• Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
