About this task

This Seed cybersecurity software company for property managers (11–50 employees) is looking for a director Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Writes answers that cite primary sources.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Write 10 explainers with links to official sources and the date each was checked.
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines

What a week looks like

• Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
