About this task
This Series B vertical software provider for property managers (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Writes answers that cite primary sources.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Thursday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (3 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
