About this task

This Space-technology company in space launch (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Writes answers that cite primary sources.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Netherlands.

What you deliver

• Write 15 explainers with links to official sources and the date each was checked.
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

• Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
• Thursday: main working block (3 hours)
• Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.

• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
