About this task
This Travel-technology company (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior Social Media Manager for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Tracks mentions and sentiment around a brand or topic.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Missouri, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Create a monthly listening brief on brand and competitor mentions with notable posts.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 4: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
