About this task
This education foundation (51–200 employees) is looking for a specialist Social Media Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–16 h a month. Batch of posts, graphics and short videos.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Create 20 on-brand graphics and 5 short videos for next month.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
