About this task

This Real-estate services firm in commercial property (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Social Media Manager for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–16 h a month. Batch of posts, graphics and short videos.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The team sits in Lawton. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

• Create 30 on-brand graphics and 6 short videos for next month.
• A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
• A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
• A month-end summary with hours used against the cap

What a month looks like

• Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
• Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
• Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month

Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
