About this task
This Series C telehealth provider for mental health (201–500 employees) is looking for a director AI Evaluator: Marketing for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Judges whether AI content serves the search intent and adds anything.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in New York, so this one is for residents there.
What you deliver
- Evaluate 25 AI articles against target keywords and mark filler, repetition and thin sections.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
