About this task
This management consulting firm for family businesses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Financial Model Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. Adds scenarios and sensitivity tables to an existing model.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The team sits in Trieste. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Add base, upside and downside cases and a two-way sensitivity table on price and churn to a revenue model.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
