About this task

This proptech company in commercial property (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Financial Model Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. Adds scenarios and sensitivity tables to an existing model.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.

The company prefers a person who can come to Stockholm for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

  • Add base, upside and downside cases and a two-way sensitivity table on price and churn to a revenue model.
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
  • The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

What a month looks like

  • Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
  • Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
  • Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
