About this task
This electronics manufacturer supplying medical devices (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Financial Model Reviewer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. Adds scenarios and sensitivity tables to an existing model.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The team sits in Berlin. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Add base, upside and downside cases and a two-way sensitivity table on price and churn to a revenue model.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
