About this task

This boutique advisory firm for energy companies (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Aligns recruiters on how ratings are applied.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Romania. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Calibrate ratings with the recruiting team on 8 recorded screens.
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
