About this task

This staffing firm (11–50 employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Aligns recruiters on how ratings are applied.

The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Greece works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Calibrate ratings with the recruiting team on 8 recorded screens.
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.

First name, field, experience, tools and the hours you offer. Not your surname, your employer or your contact details.
