Scorecard Calibration Session

About this task

This content marketing agency for healthcare (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Aligns recruiters on how ratings are applied.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Cyprus works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.

What you deliver

• Calibrate ratings with the recruiting team on 15 recorded screens.
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
