About this task
This applied AI company for legal research (5,000+ employees) is looking for a director AI Evaluator: Compliance for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Tests AI answers on screening and reporting duties.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote. Any location in France works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Check 20 AI answers about screening obligations for correct thresholds and reporting steps.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Friday: main working block (2 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
