About this task
This management consulting firm for family businesses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Compliance Analyst for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–16 h a month. Screens counterparties and records the result.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The company prefers a person who can come to Trieste for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.
What you deliver
- Screen 120 counterparties against sanctions and adverse media lists and document each outcome.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
