About this task
This Series B online retailer for outdoor gear (51–200 employees) is looking for a director RevOps Manager for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–6 h a week. Weekly forecast with commit, best case and risk.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The company prefers a person who can come to Madrid for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts.
What you deliver
- Prepare the weekly forecast rollup and reconcile to the CRM with variances explained.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
