About this task
This Series A online marketplace for specialty food (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior B2B Content Writer for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Short documents sales sends to prospects.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Nevada, so this one is for residents there. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (PT).
What you deliver
- Write six one-pagers on use cases with proof points and a call to action.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
